This is what we're probably best known for in the morning. Our Dutch pancakes are thin, wide, and come with a variety of toppings — think Nutella and banana, fresh fruit, bacon and cheese, or simply butter and powdered sugar. They're not like American pancakes at all. Lighter, crispier around the edges, and big enough to share (though most people don't).

If you've never had a Dutch pancake before, this is the place to try one.

For something more savory and filling, the breakfast burrito is a guest favorite. It's packed, it's satisfying, and it's the kind of thing that will hold you through a full morning of beach and snorkeling without thinking about food.

At night, the kitchen switches gears and we fire up the pizza oven. Our Neapolitan-style pizzas are made with fresh dough, quality ingredients, and cooked in a proper wood-fired oven the way they should be — blistered crust, melted mozzarella, and that smoky flavor you only get from real fire.

We keep the menu focused. A handful of classic pizzas done really well, rather than a 40-item menu where nothing stands out. When you bite into one, you'll taste the difference.

Cocktails & Happy Hour

Our cocktail menu is built for the island — refreshing, well-made, and designed for warm nights. Whether you're into a classic mojito, something tropical, or a cold beer after a day in the sun, we've got you covered.

Happy hour runs daily from 5 to 7 PM with deals on cocktails. It's the perfect way to transition from beach mode to dinner mode — grab a drink, settle in, and figure out what pizza you're ordering.

This is a big part of what makes Che Bar feel like more than just a restaurant. We have live music regularly — local artists and performers who bring real energy to the space. We're right at Paseo Herencia Mall on the high-rise hotel strip in Palm Beach — the heart of Aruba's tourism area. If you're staying at any of the big hotels along J.E. Irausquin Boulevard, we're probably within walking distance.

Palm Beach is where the action is. The beach is steps away, there are shops and restaurants all around, and at night the whole strip comes alive. It's the most walkable, convenient part of the island — and that's exactly why we set up here.
